This classifier is composed of an upper cylinder, a wind sieve body, a lower cylinder, a classification rotor, an exhaust pipe, etc. In terms of the feeding method, the material enters the classifier through the inclined pipe beside the upper cylinder from the feeder. The material falls freely. At the sieve body, coarse particles fall along the cylinder wall, and fine powder rises to the classification wheel. Under the action of centrifugal force, some coarse particles fall to the sieve body for further dispersion and classification. Qualified fine particles are discharged out of the machine from the exhaust pipe opening, and coarse particles are discharged out of the machine from the discharge opening of the lower cylinder. Materials can also enter from the primary air inlet, and the classification effect is better.
It has a wide classification range, high classification accuracy, high classification efficiency, compact structure, convenient operation, maintenance and cleaning. The particle size of classification is easy to adjust, it occupies a small area and is easy to install. It can be operated in a closed circuit in combination with a mechanical crusher or an airflow crusher, which can increase the effective production capacity.
