1. The journey begins as the dust-laden air is drawn into the sophisticated bag filter system.
2. Within the bag filter chamber, the dust and powder efficiently separate from the air stream.
3. The air is masterfully distributed to prevent any channelling, ensuring that the powder is effectively separated.
4. Initially, a fine layer of material forms on the surface of the bags, and this layer soon becomes the primary filtering medium.
5. As the air passes seamlessly through the filter bags from the outside to the inside, dust accumulates on the filter elements.
6. The accumulated powder is periodically dislodged from the bags through a precise reverse pulsejet air mechanism.
