1.Wool washing machine
Wool washing machine features:
1. This machine uses a three-phase asynchronous motor or a speed regulating motor (washing and dyeing machine) as the operating power. When the power is turned on, the power indicator light is on, and the three-position switch controls inching, stop, and automatic. The inching indicator light is on when in the inching position, and inching door can be realized;
2. The operation indicator light is on when in the automatic position. Select the washing time according to the washing process requirements. The machine will automatically run forward and reverse to wash within the specified time.
2.Wool centrifugal dehydrators
Wool centrifugal dehydrators features:
1. All industrial centrifugal dehydrators are three-legged pendulum structures, which can effectively reduce the vibration of the feet caused by the unbalanced load in the hub during rotation.
2. The outer shell and top cover are made of high-quality stainless steel, the cage base and chassis are cast iron, and the water outlet pipe is under the chassis.
3. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel after heat treatment and fine processing.
4. The transmission part adopts triangular belt transmission, and the centrifugal starting wheel is directly driven by the motor, which can start the machine slowly and gradually reach the designed speed to ensure the smooth operation of the machine.
5. There is a brake opening and closing arm in the machine, which has good braking performance and can stop the machine quickly.
3.Wool drying machineWool drying machine features:
1. Computer automatic control, can be configured according to the drying requirements, different drying temperatures and drying times to achieve drying automation.
2. The inner drum is made of stainless steel bright plate with excellent heat resistance, the inner wall is smooth, reducing the wear of clothes.
3. High-efficiency radiator, and with a reasonable air duct, so that the hot air directly contacts the clothes, greatly improving the drying efficiency, while saving energy.
4. The large diameter inlet is convenient for entering and exiting clothes, and the large area of lint collection net is not easy to cause lint blockage, protecting the smooth flow of the air duct, thereby greatly improving the drying efficiency.
