1.The warranty period for the entire equipment is 1 year, starting from the date of equipment installation.
2.During the warranty period, if there is a problem with the purchased equipment, Party B shall arrange for a technical engineer to respond within 24 hours after receiving the repair call or arrive at the user's site within 48 hours for handling. The equipment failure caused by non-human abnormal operation shall be repaired free of charge by Party B, and all expenses incurred thereby shall be borne by Party B (including material costs, transportation costs, etc.).
3.Beyond the warranty period, we will provide software upgrade and improvement services as well as technical support in the later stage, and offer the most favorable price.
