Introducing the Pro-Therm Series: Masters of High Temperature ResistanceOur Pro-Therm series features special separation coil MEMBRANE elements crafted from PSI MEMBRANE®'s proprietary TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm and an exclusive, high-temperature resistant material. These elements are ingeniously designed for hot water disinfection systems, eliminating the need for chemical disinfection. This not only enhances product quality but also ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal for water purification and process fluid systems operating in low cross-flow environments, our membranes excel where suspended solids are absent and temperatures reach up to 70°C (158°F). They are perfect for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications include the concentration, purification, and separation of fluids with high dissolved solids, which are otherwise challenging for membrane processes due to their high viscosity at lower temperatures.

The water yield and desalination rates are measured under specific standard test conditions: NF membrane (2000ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), RO membrane (2000ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) before any hot water disinfection. These benchmarks ensure optimal performance and reliability.
2. The water yield variation is within a range of +/-15%. Due to the heat treatment process, the final water yield might experience further fluctuations, ensuring adaptability and resilience in various operational conditions.
3. The F34 model features a robust fiberglass-wrapped casing with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to cater to diverse application needs, enhancing versatility.
