PD-FY600 Vacuum Forming Machine

Machine Description of PD-FY600
The equipment mainly consists of machine body, plastic absorbing molding system, temperature control system, vacuum system, heating system, gas control system, electrical and computer control system, finished product punching and cutting system, product decomposition and edge material self-rolling system and other structures.
I. Machine body:
It is welded or spliced with steel structure profiles for mounting molding, heating, thermal laminating, punching and cutting and auxiliary devices. The overall steel structure frame has sufficient strength and rigidity. All metal surfaces are treated with anti-rust treatment and bottom sprayed with anti-rust paint; common and standardized parts are used in the structure, which is convenient for later maintenance and replacement of all parts.
II. Electrical and computerized control system/safety facilities
1. The system is set up with a number of protective measures, each of which may collide with each other with the action of chain protection. Safety door protection sealing device, using manual buckling, manual locking, to improve the safety factor of the equipment.
 2. The main electrical control system adopts PLC integrated module control and industrial touch panel display as HMI (Human Machine Interface) with Chinese interface. The machine is equipped with buttons for operation and setting and modification of all process parameters, which makes the equipment easy to operate and maintain.
3. The whole machine is divided into manual/automatic mode of operation, all setup operations in the touch screen to achieve; when the operator will be placed in the material according to the automatic startup equipment to complete the entire process of molding process once, until the material in the silo of the material processing production is complete; manual is mainly used to change the mold or start the sample control.
4. The distribution cabinet contains protection circuits, including over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, short-circuit and overload protection. Heating elements are protected by fused cores. There are warning signs or remarks in text for safety issues that may cause harm to the system or the workpiece. The electrical cabinet is fitted with a screened and protected cooling fan.
5. Non-removable cables and wires outside the power box are hidden in the cable groove, easy to open the repair, if this can not be done, the choice of hose fixed.
6. Multiple points "Emergency Stop" button, "Emergency Stop" forced cut off the power supply of the equipment, so that in the "Emergency Stop" when there is no dangerous situation.
III. Energy interface (provided by the demand side)
1. Electricity: three-phase five-wire 380V power supply 60KW.
2. Gas: 1 inch compressed air interface, pressure 0.6-0.8 MP. Customers provide their own air storage tanks, air compressors and cold dryers.
