Q1. What are the differences between sewn inflatable items and sealed items?
A: Inflatable sewn items need constant blowing. The Sealed items is processed by heat welding technology and only need one time blow up. Usually sewn items are lower costs than Sealed items.
Q2. Can I have custom design with personal company logo?
A: For all our inflatables, the customerized logo is available. And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use,just offer us picture in any format made by PDF or Adobe Illustrator
Q3. How long will it take to produce?
A: It all depends quantity, large quantity will take more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 7-15 days.(Exception for urgent order)
Q4. How long will it take for the delivery?
A: By express or air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 20~35 days.
Q5. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?
A: We are manufacturer, We are certified by BV and TUV. Also, we have CE, EN14960, SGS, and other certificates.
Q6. How do you start the order?
A: We will start your order after receiving the deposit which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the finished pictures and arrange the shipment after receiving the balance payment.
