Model EC1000 olive oil intelligent virgin production line, produced by our independent research and development, The 350 series decanter centrifuge and DHG 315 disc separator produced by the company are the core equipment , covering the separation, cleaning, crushing, fusion, separation, slag discharge, purification until the finished virgin olive oil is put into the tank.
All equipment of the production line is designed and manufactured in modular units to ensure the quick interchangeability and versatility of each unit. Based on the fusion unit with a capacity of about 1000kg olive fruit per process cycle, users can quickly and easily combine and customize the production line they need.
The whole line adopts the control mode combining centralized control and on-site operation to ensure the safety of the system and the operation is convenient and quick.
