RH3 type inspecting volume type distributor
RH3 type inspecting volume type distributor is developed and optimized over the first generation RH2 product and is best love by users. It can be deliveried dosing oil to each lubrication points according to the measured volume type distributor. It can be deliveried dosing oil to each lubrication points according to the measured volume type distributor. There are two outlets, three outlets, four outlets, and five outlets for option. It also can be connected to six outlets, seven outlets and so on. It is widely used in printing machines, packing machines, machine tool and other machine equipment and ect.

Specifications
Those with "G" or "GH" are grease distributors.
Operatng Principle

Remarks:As shown in above diagrams, at low oil volume, the piston structure of oil chamber will use trunkpiston structure.

Travel of umbrella-shaped double-side valve
As shown in above diagram, oil delivered from lubrication pump is injected via main tube and push open the umbrella-shaped double-sided valve B in flow in and pressed into piston chamber F via path C. Driven by pressed oil the measurement piston move downward and spring G is compressed and accumulate pressure. Thus measurement and oil accumulation is done.
When oil pressure inside main tube A is relieved (take off), the umbrella-shaped valve moves downward due to pressure difference and open outlet E. Hence the measured and accumulated oil inside piston chamber enters oil tube H via outlet E and are fed to lubrication points. Signal pin I extends when measuring and accumulating oil and retracts when feeding oil to lubrication points, and thus operation conditions of distribution can be confirmed.

Capacity expressions:
03 means 0.03ml/time; 06 means 0.06ml/time; 10 means 0.1ml/time;
20 means 0.2ml/time; 30 means 0.3ml/time; 40 means 0.4ml/tme;
Example 1: RH-35306102030 indicates that it is an RH5 type distributor with four outlets whose discharge capacity is 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 ml/time respectively.
Example 2: RH-3503 indicates that it is an RH5 type distributor with four outlets and all outlets have the same capacity of 0.1ml/time.
Example 3: RH-32036 indicates that it is an RH5 type distributor with two outlets whose discharge capacity is 0.1, 0.2ml/time respectively.
