Global Services & Technical Support
From the date of acceptance, the seller will provide free technical services and spare parts for free during the warranty period (except for man-made damage). After receiving the buyer's repair order, the seller will reply by phone within 24 hours and provide a solution to the problem within 3 working days to make the instrument operate normally; if the problem cannot be solved over the phone, a professional will be sent to the site within one month to solve the problem.
After the warranty period, the seller will send an engineer to the buyer's site within 1 month after receiving the buyer's repair order. The seller is still responsible for the technical service and spare parts supply of the equipment, and the seller will provide the most preferential price for spare parts; after the warranty period expires, the seller will continue to provide paid after-sales service to the buyer, and the seller will provide technical services and spare parts at a reasonable price.
Note: If the buyer is not a customer in mainland China, the travel expenses of the installation and maintenance personnel shall be borne additionally
