Mobile crush and screen plant is a kind of wheel type mobile stone crusher station. It combines the vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone/impact crusher, and vibrating screen on one truck body to crush and screen gravel automatically. This four-in-one crushing plant is a reasonable circular crushing system to crush stones with higher efficiency. 
Mobile crushing and screening equipment is suitable for short-term operations. It is characterized by ease of transport and installation.

When the mobile crush and screen plant works, the material by the feeder goes evenly to the jaw crusher. After primary crushing by the jaw crusher, the stone goes to the vibrating screen by the main belt conveyor. During the screening, the first layer of unqualified material goes into the secondary crusher to break. The qualified materials from other screen layers are discharged to the finished material area. The output from the secondary crusher is discharged to the main belt conveyor for further screening too. Thus, the material is in the circulation system of crushing-screening-crushing. The finished material could meet the final demand greatly.
