An automatic urinal flusher uses infrared sensor technology that when you stand in front of urinal ceramic, the sensor detects and gives a pulse signal to the solenoid valve to open and activate 2s pre-flush, then stop. After you leave, the urinal sensor activates 6s flush automatically. The mentioned programming can be tailor-made based on customers' need.
Round shape design sensor urinal flush valves for ceramic bowls are more and more popular in market, especially for the type that dispensed out from the round sensor plate. This small round touchless urinal flusher is very smart. It can be hidden inside the urinal ceramic. Only the round sensor shows outside and more importantly, you do not need a separate water dispenser. Instead, the water will be dispensed from the sensor plate directly. When a man is coming close to the urinal, it detects and pre-flush for 2 seconds. After the man leaves it automatically flushes for 6 seconds (the timing is adjustable by remote controller) again.

The concealed ceramic urinal flushometer is concealed inside the ceramic sets, you can see the sensor window panel on top of the ceramic urinal set. The panel material can be glass, stainless steel, or plastic.
RJY-22-P101AD sensor plate is round with diameter ∅45mm*12mm (thickness) and the water dispenser is integrated into the sensor plate. The plate material is ABS and color is white or chroming. Battery pack and adapters are the optional power sources. You can choose DC power by battery pack or electricity power by transformers/adapters. Most of the customers prefer both DC and AC.

How to install this urinal sensor to the ceramic urinal bowl?
How to install sensor plate.
Unscrew the fixing nut from the sensor plate. Install the sensor plate to the ceramic and position the plate in the right place. Fix the sensor plate to the ceramic with the fixing nut.
How to install solenoid valve and pipes.
Step 1: Fix water flow regulator to solenoid valve inlet.
Step 2: Connect elbow hose to the sensor plate and solenoid valve outlet (refer to the drawing).
Step 3: Connect water hose to the water flow regulator inlet and main water supply.
How to connect power supply.
Connect main power AC220 to AC transformer. Connect AC transformer to the battery pack as well as the sensor eye (red wire). Connect solenoid valve to the sensor eye (black wire). Please make sure the wires are correctly connected without gap to make it waterproof.
