18-grinding-head glass high-speed intelligent double-edging production line consists of a testing platform, two glass high-speed intelligent double-edging machines, and an L-shaped turning platform. It is a machine specially used for processing the double straight edges of flat glass and is suitable for deep processing of glass in the construction, furniture and other industries.

1.Intelligent and efficient:The entire line is equipped with an industrial Internet of Things system as standard, which can realize remote machine monitoring, remote assisted maintenance, and remote system upgrades.The width adjustment adopts a servo system to drive a high-precision gear rack mechanism with high adjustment accuracy.
2.Automatic compensation function of diamond wheels: All diamond wheels and resin wheels use servo motors to control the grinding position of the grinding wheels, and automatically compensate for the grinding wheel wear according to the total number of meters of glass processed.
3.Automatic distribution of glass grinding amount: This function is used to automatically switch each grinding wheel to different grinding positions when grinding glass of different thicknesses (the grinding amount corresponding to different thicknesses needs to be preset). The system will change the grinding position of each grinding wheel through the servo motor according to the thickness parameters of the current processed glass, and distribute the grinding amount of each grinding wheel in proportion, thereby changing the single-side processing allowance of the glass.
4.Polishing servo automatic compensation function: All polishing wheels adopt servo automatic flexible compensation. During the grinding process, the grinding wheel position changes with the glass position, and the grinding wheel acts on the glass with a constant pressure.
5.Servo film removal function (including film removal grinding head): The film removal grinding wheel adopts servo automatic compensation, and automatically adjusts with constant current during the grinding process to ensure the uniform and stable quality of glass film removal effect, avoid manual intervention and adjustment, and reduce the technical level of operators.
6.Energy saving by frequency conversion: All grinding head motors use 1-level energy-efficient permanent magnet synchronous grinding head motors with individual frequency conversion control. The no-load current is less than 50% of that of asynchronous motors. In addition, the machine has a real-time energy-saving mode.
7.Machine self-maintenance function: The lubrication method for the opening and closing guide rails and gear racks is intermittent lubrication during the origin return process when the machine is turned on.

The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and can be equipped with automatic code scanning or receiving glass dimensions given by the front-end equipment to achieve automatic adjustment of any size without manual input.
2.Main structure and process of the machine
The machine base and the main body of the box are made of 12mm thick-walled square tubes. Thick steel plates are added to the mounting surface for welding and artificial aging treatment is performed to eliminate welding stress and prevent deformation during use.
3.Opening and closing part
The opening and closing part of the machine uses Taiwan brand grinding grade (6-level precision) helical gear rack transmission, and is equipped with a high-precision brake system to improve the rigidity of the machine when grinding glass edges.
4.Transmission part
The main transmission part of the machine adopts dual servo motors and hyperbolic gear reducers for transmission. Compared with traditional edge grinding machines, it is more efficient and energy-saving, has high synchronization, and is easy to repair and maintain.
5.Motor Slide Plate
All grinding head slides of the machine are high-precision double V-shaped slides, which have the characteristics of flexible adjustment, high precision and small vibration, thus improving the edge grinding quality of the machine.
6. Lifting part
The lifting and lowering of the upper pressure beam and the upper 45° chamfer are both controlled by servo motors, which have high control accuracy and fast and accurate positioning, solving the shortcomings of traditional edge grinding machines that require frequent corrections due to inaccurate lifting dimensions.
