1.Product profile
The intelligent temperature controller for dry-type transformers consists of two circuits: a temperature monitoring system and an output control system. The temperature monitoring system uses a microcontroller as the central processing unit, combined with other circuits, to complete temperature measurement, display, and corresponding signal output. The output control system completes the control output and various status alarms and outputs of the cooling fan. In the temperature monitoring system, in order to achieve remote computer monitoring, the system uses RS-485 communication to transmit temperature data and parameters to a remote computer to form a distributed control system.
This product is a new generation controller designed specifically for the safe operation of dry-type transformers, which can simultaneously monitor the three-phase temperature of the dry-type transformer and control the fan. It has functions such as temperature over limit alarm, high temperature trip, sensor abnormality, and fan disconnection alarm, which can better ensure the safe and efficient operation of unmanned power supply systems.
