The Gobadi Wash Box is designed to provide superior cleaning efficiency in applications where conveyors must be very clean or

where head cleaning is inadequate. The wash bin is mounted on the return side of the belt and is available in galvanized and

stainless steel with adjustable hold-down rollers. The two belt cleaners are sold separately from the wash chamber and can be

equipped with different cleaners depending on the customer's application and budget. The wash bin system is equipped with a

back-side water spray lever to provide an efficient, customized belt cleaning solution for demanding applications.

Can be installed on existing racks: Drilled holes and bolted assembly minimize installation and downtime. The panel construc

tion is bolted and can be easily installed on existing frames, especially in tight spaces, and can be positioned along the con

veyor as needed.

Versatile Cleaner Configurations: Two belt cleaners are configured with adjustable mounting plates.

Easy inspection and maintenance: Maintenance doors on each side of the wash box make it easy to access and clean.

Hold-down rollers: Configurable hold-down rollers allow each cleaner to be fully tensioned.

Wet or Dry Cleaning: Equipped with a backhaul side sprinkler to enhance the functionality of the cleaning system.

Customizable: If the standard solution is not suitable for your application, the chamber can be customized to suit the job

requirements.
