1. The wood-plastic door formula system is equipped with a certain proportion of auxiliary materials, stabilizers, foaming agents, modifiers, etc.,
and various ingredients are mixed according to a strict ratio to effectively ensure the product quality of the foamed sheet.
2. The wood-plastic door is durable, has a long service life, has a wood appearance,
has higher hardness and better rigidity than plastic products, has excellent physical properties, and has better dimensional stability than wood.
It will not produce cracks, warpage, no wood knots, twill, etc.. With the secondary workability of wooden doors, they can be sawed, planed, glued,
fixed with nails or screws.
3. The water absorption rate of wood-plastic materials is only 0.2%, which has good waterproof and moisture-proof performance
and has the dual characteristics of anti-corrosion, mildew resistance, and insect resistance. It has the dual characteristics of wood and plastic.
