Description:
IOTA FLSR8400 series two-component additive liquid fluorosilicone rubber is made of polyfluorosiloxane containing vinyl as the base adhesive, oligofluorosiloxane containing hydrogen siloxane as the crosslinking agent, reinforced by filler, using platinum vulcanization system of liquid polymer material. With excellent high and low temperature resistance, oil resistance and electrical insulation, can maintain long-term stability in harsh environments, fast and convenient molding, short processing cycle, wide temperature, very suitable for the production of oil resistant parts in the fields of automotive, Marine, aerospace, power and electrical, in addition, it can be further expanded to consumer electronics, wearables and healthcare, etc. The application prospect is broad.

Usage:
IOTA FLSR8400 series liquid fluorosilicone rubber is A two-component material, divided into A/B two components, separately packaged.
When in use, the A and B components are mixed evenly in the three-roll grinder or planetary mixer according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and then defoamed, moulded, coated vulcanized, and vulcanized by injection molding machine can be directly manipulated according to the platform.
Conditions of vulcanization:
The vulcanization time of IOTA FLSR8400 series liquid fluorosilicone rubber depends on the vulcanization temperature and the thickness and size of the vulcanization product. When the vulcanization product is heated to 120ºC, it can be vulcanized rapidly in a few seconds. The rate can be optimized according to the component size. Please adjust the curing time reasonably according to the actual production process.
Package:
Plastic drum packing, A/B components 20kg each separately packed.
Storage period:
Store in a cool and dry environment, unopened original package storage period of 12 months.
Attention:
Avoid contact with compounds containing nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus and heavy metals, so as not to cause immature or unvulcanized products.
