FFPE gDNA Isolation Kit (Beads)
(BW-MGD2212)
The FFPE gDNA Isolation Kit (BW-MGD2212) is designed for genomic DNA purification from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples. Instead of using xylene, the kit utilizes a proprietary nontoxic deparaffinization reagent for safe and convenient paraffin removal. To overcome the cross linking of nucleic acids caused by formalin fixation, specially formulated buffers and lysing conditions are developed to release DNA from tissue sections. The purified genomic DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as quantitative real-time RT-PCR, sequencing and mutation screening. This kit is compatible with various high-throughput automated platforms, such as Allsheng Auto-Pure 32A, Allsheng Auto-Pure 96, Thermo KingFisher and so on.

Test Principle
During the nucleic acid extraction process, the magnetic bead adsorption principle is used to adsorb, transfer, and purify nucleic acids through special magnetic beads to automatically complete the nucleic acid extraction.

Experimental description
Three different kinds of paraffin embedded sections were used as samples and genomic DNA was extracted. Compared with the competitive products, the average molecular weight of the genome extracted by BW-MGD2121 kit was higher.

Important Notes

Appropriate personal protective equipment should be worn during the experimental operation, such as protective clothing, experimental clothing, gloves, goggles, etc.
Storage and Stability
4-28,avoid direct sunlight. Freezing is prohibited. The kit should be stored dry and at room temperature (15~25°C). They can be stored for at least 12 months without showing any significant reduction in performance, capacity, or quality of separation.
