1.It is cascade structure,which the primary winding has two (220/230kV is four) grades,winding surrounded on core column of one (220/230kV is two)single phase two-limb core.It will be immersed in transformer oil after desiccating under vacuu. It has advantages of stable and reliable performance of insulation, rich operated experience, long service life and convenient maintenance.
2.Perfect fuidity performance of transformer oil is good for heat dissipation,it also has self restoring capacity for the failure of partial discharge caused by air bubble and dust.
3.It has three secondary winding,whose measuring and protective winding are separate.
4.Hermetically sealed stainless steel metallic bellows is installed on the top,which can protect the transformer oil and insulation paper from
moisture and extend the life time,also there is a oil level gauge on the bellows for observing the change of oil volume.
5.There is a multi function oil drain valve on the base,which makes it more convenient for oil sampling,draining and refilling.
6. All adopted insulation parts are environmental protection materials.
7.Secondary terminal board is made of epoxy casting,the seal performance is more reliable.
8.The base uses spray painting or hot galvanizing,which gives a high degree of corrosion resistance.
9.Fasteners and nameplate are stainless steel.
