Sulfonate Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Superplasticizer is a free-flowing, spray dried powder of a sulfonated polycondensation product based on Melamine., which has very strong absoption and dispersion effect to the cements, and it is suitable for cementitious mortars with requirements of high fluidity and high strength.
Product Performance
JK-03SMF can impart mortar quick plasticizing speed, high liquifying effect, low air entraining effect.
JK-03SMF is of good compatibility with various kind of cement or gypsum binders, other additives such as de-foaming agent, thickener, retarder, expansive agent, accelerator etc.
JK-03SMF is suitable for tile grout, self-leveling compounds, fair-faced concrete and color floor hardener.
JK-03SMF can be used as wetting agent for dry mix mortar to obtain good workability.
Application
Flowable mortar or slurry for grouting;
Flowable mortar for spreading;
Flowable mortar for brushing;
Flowable mortar for pumping;
Steam curing concrete;
Other dry mix mortar or concrete.
Usage & Dosage
Dry mixed homogeneously with other ingredients of dry mortar and packaged as one product, which can be at job site mixed with recommended dosage of water for application.
Recommended dosage is 0.3-1.2% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.

Storage & Transportation Condition
Storage and transportation should be carried out in cool and dry condition. Under high temperature and high humidity, product should be kept away from moisture and pressure to avoid coalescence or agglomeration.
If the product is not used up, the opened package must be sealed tightly to prevent moisture from ingress.
Shelf Life
12 months since production.
For product stored over shelf life, test confirmation should be done before use.
