Product Description
Insulating fire brick, light weight insulation brick, fire brick, refractory brick, insulation fire brick, insulation brick, hot face brick, insulating brick, cold face brick, silica brick, brick, refractory, fireproof material, lining brick, lining for furnace, lining for kilns, brick, bricks, IFB, refractories, refractory material, thermal material, insulating fire brick factory, insulating fire brick manufacturer, insulating fire brick plant, insulating fire brick supplier, insulating fire brick exporter
Characteristics of our Mullite INSULATION FIRE BRICK, IFB(JM-IFB):
1) After shaping and sintering, cutting and grinding processing are done, drilling is necessary according to brick drawings.
2) Little impurities of iron and alkali metal
3) High temperature resistance
4) uniform structure and high cold crushing strength
5) Good thermal shock resistance, stable volume, good insulation performance in high temperature
6) Low thermal conductivity
Application:
Our mullite IFB can be used as a hot face lining directly exposed to the fire, as a backup insulation layer in iron and steel mills, non ferrous foundries, petrochemical, ceramic, glass, cement and oil fired electric power generating plants.
Also we offer high temperature motar for building JM insulating fire bricks.
