Processing instructions
Cutting
- Turn on the power, rotate the start key, the green power indicator lights on.
- Turn on the function switch handle to the cut position.
- Put in the copper busbar, rotate the retaining bolt for positioning.
- Step on the footswitch, and process cutting.
- Take out the copper busbar, the incision interface is flat, no droop and waste.
- Turn on the function switch handle to the punch position.
- Adjust the block gauge to accurately position the copper bars.
- Rotate the punching dies to the right sizes, and punch.
- Take out the copper busbar, complete punching and accurate positioning.
- Turn on the function switch handle to the bend position.
- Adjust the block gauge to positionthe busbar accurately.
- Step on the foot switch, and process bending.
- Take out the copper busbar, even bending force, angle in high precision.
