Product Description
The Kaitian progressive distributor adopts a plunger structure, and the plunger holes are precision machined by a high-precision honing machine with an accuracy of 2-5 μ, ensuring the output pressure of each outlet. There are 1-20 outlets to choose from, and a blockage indicator is configured to monitor the operation. The distributor has a compact appearance, which is easy to install. The external sealing structure is dust-proof and corrosion-resistant, suitable for harsh working conditions.
The overall structure is small and occupies small space, which is conducive to saving the internal space of the equipment, and is suitable for the occasions where the space layout is required.
It can supply oil to multiple lubrication points at the same time, without manual filling one by one, saving a lot of time and labor costs, and improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
It can be combined with lubrication pump and other equipment to form a complete automatic lubrication system to achieve automatic control and better integration with the operation system of the equipment.
