Introduction
Double chamber tea packaging machine is a fully automatic, multi-functional, intelligent, efficient, automatic, tea packaging equipment. The machine can realize cold seal forming of double chamber inner bag, and automatically complete the reliable connection of hard label, cotton thread and inner bag through aluminum nail. PLC programmable controller is used to realize intelligent control, and the final packaging finished products are grouped and output is completed by counting. The filter paper used in the double-bag is cold-sealed filter paper, compared with the heat-sealed filter paper, the raw materials it contains are easier to be soaked in water, and its three-dimensional structure makes the tea bag easier to sink into the water, due to the above two characteristics, high-grade bagged tea are packed in double-bag.
Application of tea bag packing machine
1. Adopting multiple servo motors to realize multi-axis and multi-motor drive, which simplifies the mechanical transmission chain, greatly reduces the mechanical transmission noise, makes the transmission control more flexible and convenient, and the positioning is accurate, stable and reliable operation.
2. The new metering structure can adapt to a variety of materials, the packaging dose is continuously adjustable and can be easily set, and the metering accuracy reaches ±5%.
3. Double chamber cold seal molding, adapt to the needs of the high-end bag packaging market.
4. Adopting hard label is more beautiful, and the cotton thread is fixedly connected with the label and inner bag by patented technology, which makes the machine work stably and reliably, and the finished package is neat and beautiful.
5. Optimized the outer bag forming process, making the outer bag more spreading and beautiful after forming. Damping and tension coordination system is adopted for the feeding of inner bag paper roll, outer bag paper roll and label paper roll, which makes the work more stable and reliable.
