This machine is composed with auto bottle washing machine, normal pressure filling machine, auto capping machine and conveyor system, the total production line is just in one line, separated production line. It makes by high quality SUS304, reliable in structure, easy operation and widely used, is the ideal equipment for small and middle beverage manufactory.

1.The Series equipment is used in producing all kinds of pure water,mineral water contained with polyester bottle,washing filling capping can be carried out on the same machine.
2.The design of the machine is scientific and reasonable.
3.The appearance is beautiful and the function is compete
4.Its operation and maintenance is convenient,its automation is high.
5.The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. the power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps.
6.The power of the screw capping can ,also be fixed ,and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.
7.Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps,and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank, an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically.
8.The whole machine is controlled by PLC with TOUCH-SCREEN as the interface between human and machine.
9.The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically.
10.The Washing filling and capping will be stopped automaticaly when there is no bottle.
11.When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
