The XCLD intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a high-precision and highly reliable flowmeter that applies the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure the flow rate of a conductive fluid based on the induced electromotive force when it passes through an external magnetic field.
The XCLD intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter can be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines, and is widely used in industries such as steel, power, petroleum, chemical, coal, metallurgy, minerals, papermaking, water supply and drainage, food, and medicine.
1. The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity;
2. The measurement tube has no obstructed flow components, no pressure loss, and low requirements for straight pipe sections;
3. The converter adopts a LCD backlit display, which makes it easy to read under direct sunlight or in a dark room By using infrared touch buttons to set parameters, the converter can be safely set without opening its cover in harsh environments;
4. The flowmeter is a bidirectional measurement system equipped with three integrators: forward total, reverse total, and differential total; It can display forward and reverse flow rates and has multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, HART;
5. The converter has functions such as self diagnostic alarm output, empty load detection alarm output, flow upper and lower limit alarm output, batch processing control, etc;
Mining can not only be used for general process detection, but also for measuring slurry, pulp, and paste liquids;
6. The high-pressure electromagnetic flowmeter sensor adopts PFA mesh lining technology, which is resistant to high pressure and negative pressure, and is specifically used in industries such as petrochemicals and minerals;
7. Explosion proof instruments can be used in corresponding explosion-proof places.
