Product Description:
1. Advanced computer control system and mechanical manufacturing technology ensure that the noise of the machine is very low.
2. The needle row adopts the needle bar frame structure without oiling, thus avoiding the occurrence of oily fabrics, and the structure is firm and not easy to be damaged, and the maintenance cost is low.
3. Spindle frequency conversion control device, saddle frame and roller adopt servo drive equipment.
4. The drive swing arm of the needle row and the pressure plate is made of special aluminum material and the surface has been specially treated, which is more stable during operation and achieves the effect of less vibration.
5. The speed can be adjusted by computer control, the needle speed can reach to 1100 rpm, and the needle stitch can be set arbitrarily from 2-7mm.
6. Can make 360°arbitrary quilting and unlimited independent pattern step quilting.
7. It adopts advanced needle thread broken detection technology and has the function of automatic shutdown when the thread is broken.
