1. The Equipment warranty period is 12 months from commissioning, not exceeding 15 months from shipping.

2. No warranty for parts prone to wear and tear (e.g., die parts, punches, pins, cutters).

3. Installation, commissioning, and training completion time may be extended due to force majeure.

4. Buyer covers expenses for Seller's technician visits, including insurance, airfare, transport, lodging, and interpreter.

5. Buyer's operator training at Seller's workshop is complimentary.
