LPG Gas Cylinder Production Revalidation Line Powder Coating Line

1. Application:

The Powder coating line is mainly used for the surface treatment of LPG cylinders.

2. Working Principle:

The line uses the principle of electrostatic spraying to achieve the surface coating of cylinders. That is , the thermosetting expoxy polyester powder is passed through a high voltage static electrode to electrostatically adsorb the powder on the surface of the rust-romoved bottle body, and the powder is heated to a melting point of the powder through a specific drying channel, and dried to form a cured film with strong adhesion. During spraying, excess powder is adsorbed on the surface of the filter element under the action of wind. Compressed air pulse the filter element intermittently under the action of a pulse meter and a solenoid valve, and the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter element is shaken to the bottom of the chamber to facilitate recycling and cleaning.
