The high shear homogenizing mechanism, leveraging German technology, includes imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying speed of 3600rpm, it achieves a high shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is at your service. Additionally, we offer a customizable fixed cover to reduce costs and overall machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material sucking function prevents dust buildup, perfect for handling powder products.
