Compliant with GMP standards, the machine is polished to meet 300U sanitary standards. The high shear homogenizing structure, crafted with German technology, features imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves a high shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For effortless product discharging, our hydraulic tilting system is in place. Additionally, we offer the option to customize a fixed cover to reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming capability ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature prevents dust accumulation, ideal for powder products.

High Shear Homogenizer
Install on the bottom to ensure homogenizing material even with small productivity. The sealing adopts a recycled water cooling system and can work for a long time, conquering homogenizing problems related to high viscosity materials. A frequency conversion speed adjustment controller satisfies various complicated ingredients (Emulsifying capacity 3 times per minute). An upper homogenizer option is available to work with upper homogenizing and emulsifying, enhancing the material's emulsifying effect for a brighter and more luminous product.
