1.Description:The glass desiccator is a hermetically sealed container with a wide frosted edge.
In the lower part of the base for the shrinking waist, the inner wall of the waist has a wide edge to put the porcelain plate.
Porcelain plate with different sizes of holes, porcelain plate above the dried material, porcelain plate lower base for the
storage of desiccant.
The lid is arched in the shape of a round glass drop on the top of the lid, which is used as a handle to move the lid. The
wide edge of the lid is ground flat and fits into the base to achieve the purpose of airtightness.

2. Put different desiccants (usually colour-changing silica gel, concentrated sulphuric acid or
anhydrous calcium chloride, etc.) in the base of the desiccator as required.
3. Then put on the plate and apply petroleum jelly evenly on the edges where the glass
desiccator and the lid touch to isolate the air inside and outside.
4. Close the lid correctly. When adding the lid, you should also hold the lid dome and push
the lid in a horizontal direction to close it.
5. Place the discoloured silica gel in the bottom of the glass desiccator and place it in the
perforated divider.
6. Place the substance to be dried on the porcelain plate (if medium-hot substances are placed
, move the desiccator lid from time to time to let out the air inside, otherwise the lid will be
topped up due to the expansion of the air by heat).
