Summary:
The instrument is an automated instrument for quickly measuring the kinematic viscosity of petroleum products, designed and manufactured according to the SH/T0956 and ASTM D7279 standards. Suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids, including base oil, blended lubricating oil, biodiesel, biodiesel blend fuel, residual fuel oil, marine oil, and in-use lubricating oil, among other Newtonian liquids.
I. Main technical features:
1. Full automatic control, one key start detection, the test process includes measurement, cleaning, drying, test results calculation and data storage. It will stop automatically after the test.
2. The measuring speed is fast, the fastest measuring time is no more than 30s, and the average measuring time is less than 3 minutes.
3. The instrument has a dual solvent automatic cleaning function, which can quickly clean the bent tube viscometer. The cleaning process consumes no more than 15mL of cleaning agent.
4. The instrument adopts high-precision sensors, and the temperature of the bathtub is uniform and stable, with a temperature control accuracy of 0.01 ºC.
5. The instrument has dual software and hardware overheating protection and anti dry burning function.
6. It is convenient and quick to replace the folded tube viscometer. The viscometer can be replaced without draining the bath liquid. The replacement can be completed within 2 minutes.
7. The constant temperature bath of the instrument adopts high-temperature resistant silicon boron glass, which has good transparency and insulation.
8. The instrument can automatically discharge the bath liquid.
