Note:
1. The instrument should be placed on the horizontal worktable, the installation of the required homogenizing tool must be in place, turn on the power to try the machine first with a cup or vessel containing water, so that the pentalobe cutter head is submerged in the water, open the power switch, there is a slow to fast to adjust the speed knob, there is no clear metal friction sound (such as metal friction sound, shut off the power, loosening expenditure cutter 6M/M support tightening screw, the external fixed set of randomly steering up to the installation of in place, and then tighten) can work only after the completion of the work. If there is no metal friction sound, turn off the power, loosen the 6M/M support screw of the cutter and install the outer fixing sleeve in place randomly.
2. Cut the plants or microorganisms to be experimented into small pieces or , put them in the randomly equipped glass ware, clamp them in the middle of the magnet bracket (heptagonal), loosen the 8M/M fastening screws of the fixed motor base, slowly move downward against the mouth of the vessel, make the homogenizing head 23mm from the bottom of the vessel as well, and then tighten the 8M/M screws.
