WORKING PRINCIPLE
The equipment uses an excavator to load the material. The raw materials fall into the silo and are flushed by the high-pressure water pipe of the silo to make them enter the vibrating screen evenly. The vibrating screen screens out large stones >150mm and medium stones 80-150mm and slides out through the chute. The materials <80mm enter the drum grading screen. The grading screen separates the materials <2mm and selects the gold sand through the agitation chute and the fixed chute. The materials 2-6mm and 6-10mm enter the large chute to select the large particles of gold, and the waste is transported out through the conveyor belt. The equipment relies on the generator set to provide power. This equipment has the advantages of simple operation, high output ratio and mobility.
