Product introduction
Large automatic unpacking machine, also known as layer by layer automatic unpacking machine, is applicable to the unpacking and unloading of various bagged materials (powder and granular materials). Compared with manual unpacking and feeding, it has the advantages of reducing labor, improving efficiency, eliminating dust pollution, and being safe and convenient. The materials of the whole pallet enter the unloading platform, and the unloading mechanism grabs the whole bag layer by layer, and then moves to the unloading area. During the movement, the packaging bag of the materials is cut through a row of knife sets, and the materials fall into the storage hopper. The woven wire generated during the bag cutting process is screened through the filter box. The waste bag is automatically collected through the waste bag collection mechanism, and the pallet is automatically collected through the pallet collection mechanism at the same time.
Only one person is required to operate the automatic unpacking unloader. All bag cutting and unloading operations can be completed without manual participation. Because the storage and unloading process of raw materials is fast and simple, the storage cost is saved.
Typical materials applicable include carbon black, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, plastic particles, sugar, salt and other chemical raw materials, building materials and food raw materials. Functional features

High applicability: It is suitable for unloading, unpacking and feeding of pallets and bagged granular materials of various specifications and materials. It has no requirements on the tidiness of stacking and the number of layers of stacking, and can remove most of the shredded woven bags.
