Product Description

This machine is mainly used for grinding 5-80mm diameter cylindrical parts, suitable for locomotives, automobiles, tractors aviation, aerospace, electronics, instrumentation, bearings, tools, textile machinery and other industries of mass production enterprises. Large batch factories.

Machine Feature:
1. The spindle bearing of the grinding wheel adopts five-piece dynamic pressure bearing, which has large bearing capacity, good rigidity and smooth rotation.
2.The working speed of the regulating wheel adopts a stepless speed change, which is convenient to choose the appropriate speed for parts with different diameters.
3.The regulating wheel can be rotated at a small Angle in the horizontal plane. When grinding conical parts, the grinding wheel does not need to be modified into a cone.
4.The longitudinal movement of the grinding wheel dresser and the regulating wheel dresser is driven by hydraulic pressure, with uniform speed and high precision, and can reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
5.The copying guide rail of the two trimmers adopts double dovetail shaped steel ball structure, which has the characteristics of sensitive copying, high precision and long service life.
6. Needle rolling guide rail is adopted for feed movement, which has the advantages of sensitive movement, high motion precision and long service life. Differential screw rod is adopted for feed mechanism, which is simple in structure and convenient in operation. According to user requirements, double V-shaped dense needle rolling steel guide rail with preloading can also be used for feed movement, which also has the above advantages.
