OVERVIEW
The K series high vacuum oil diffusion pump produced by our factory is a high vacuum acquisition equipment that uses oil as the working medium, and has a four stage nozzle (three-stage diffusion and one-stage spray) with a fractionation type conduit and all metal structure. It can be used to remove air and other gases that do not react chemically with pump structural materials and pump oil in a vacuum system, and to achieve a high vacuum of 10-1-10-5pa in the pumped system. It is the main equipment used to obtain high vacuum environments in vacuum smelting, vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, semiconductor component manufacturing, and space simulation systems.
This product has the advantages of simple structure, no transmission components, easy operation, long service life, and easy maintenance, making it an excellent and economical high vacuum equipment.
Working method
The pumping process in the diffusion pump is as follows:
Heating - evaporation - injection - inhalation (diffusion) - cooling liquefaction (gas release) - flowing back to the bottom of the pump - heating, repeat this procedure to evacuate the vacuum system.
