At present, CO2 refrigeration system technology is widely used in meat slaughtering.aquatic processing, beer and beverage, preparec food, fruit and vegetable processing, dairy products and cold drinks, industrial ice making, cold chain logistics, winter sports venues, chemical process cooling and other fields.
For large processing plant include freezing and cold storage, we recommend to use Ammonia system or Ammonia-CO2 cascade system.
If only cold storage, it is over 5000Tons, we recommend to use Ammonia system or Ammonia-CO2 secondary system.
If it is below 2000Tons, we suggest using Freon system;
If it is between 2000Tons to 5000Tons, both Ammonia and Freon system are OK, but normally many customer select FREON system.

Application Features
In order to reduce operation cost and refrigerant charging volume, the fluorine refrigerant and CO2 cascade or secondary refrigerant system can also be adopted as an alternative in some specific environments and areas where ammonia cannot be used.
Of all refrigerant and CO2 cascade or secondary refrigerant system, NH, has the highest efficiency and the best economy.
The cost of the system is higher than that of the NHs and CO2 cascade or secondary refrigerant system.
The comprehensive cost of the system is lower than that using a single alternative synthetic refrigerant.
