DRX-II-JG Laser Flash Thermal Diffusivity Thermal Conductivity Instrument
DRX-II-JG laser flash thermal conductivity instrument uses a laser beam to irradiate the sample, and uses an infrared detector (or a rapid temperature couple) to measure the temperature rise on the back of the sample to calculate the thermal diffusivity coefficient of the sample. It has the characteristics of fast and convenient. Its measured thermal diffusion coefficient is 0.001... 10cm2/sec, and the specific heat of the sample can be measured to further calculate the thermal conductivity. Used in the testing of metals and alloys, diamonds, ceramics, graphite and carbon fiber, filled plastics, polymer materials, etc.
The instrument mainly tests thin thermal conductors, solid electrical insulating materials, granular materials, powdery materials, thermal conductivity of coal solid materials, thermal conductive resin, thermal conductive glass fiber and so on. Conforms to GJB 1201.1-91, ASTMD 1461 flash method for measuring thermal diffusivity, ASTM E2585 flash method for measuring thermal diffusivity, GBT 22588 flash method for measuring thermal diffusivity or thermal conductivity.
Principle:
Place the sample in the automatic furnace sampler and heat the furnace to the programmed temperature. At this temperature, the bottom of the sample is illuminated by an energy pulse (xenon lamp), which generates a uniform temperature rise on the top of the sample. A high speed infrared detector is used to measure the temperature rise on the upper surface of the sample.
