1. Features
CZB5C Series Intelligent Charger is the organic combination of leakage transformer, technology of Silicon-controlled rectifier and Microcomputer Control. This device could optimize
Wsa+Pulse charging characteristic curve. As charge voltage of battery increases, charge current
decreases automatically.
Pulse charge would be performed before gas emissions or in late stage of recharge. On the premise
of guarantee adequate battery power, this device would lower greatly internal temperature and reduce
gas emissions of battery, prolong the life of battery effectively and raise the charging efficiency
eventually.
The whole product has simple structure, convenient operation, complete functions and high
efficiency
 
2.Applications
This device would be applicable to recharge of lead-acid batteries which could be used in
various electric vehicle such as power pallet trucks, fork-lift truck, lift truck, electronic tour bus.
3.Operating conditions
1) No higher than 1000 meters in altitude.
2) Ambient temperature between -10 and +40 degrees C.
3) Relative humidity not exceed 85% for conditions of ambient temperature around 20±5ºC.
4) Store in a place free from conductive dust & the risk of explosion.
5) Do not store in harmful atmosphere such as corrosive gas, insulating gas, steam.
6) Store in a place free from rain & snow.
7) Deviation from vertical shall be less than 5 degrees. Working situation without violent vibration and
striking.
 
Functions
1) There are various charging modes you can choose. This device would be suitable for different
uses of lead-acid battery charging. Before leaving the factory, different charging procedures
would be set up accordingly depending on types of batteries.3
--IWUIa+ Pulse multistage charging mode. Applicable to charging of ordinary lead-acid
batteries.
--IWUIa+EQU multistage charging mode. Applicable to equalization charging of
ordinary lead-acid batteries.
--IWIa multistage charging mode. Applicable to initial & desulfuration charging
of ordinary lead-acid batteries.
--IWUUa multistage charging mode. Applicable to charging of maintenance-free lead
acid batteries.
2)
The voltage and current double closed-loop framework is applied in the PID control technology.
This device can achieve dynamic tracking and automatic adjustment of charge parameters.
Charging procedure operates referring to corresponding recharge characteristic curve. Charge
current always meets the requirements of batteries for this parameter.
3)
High-intensity LED Lamp would indicate running state of this charging unit.
4)
Nixie tube would display charger parameters such as battery voltage, charge current &
capacity and recharged time. It could also show the code of charging curve and fault.
5)
Functions of automatic detection, delaying and soft-start.
6)
Function of temperature compensation. The voltage of tipping point of gas emission would
change with the temperature.
7)
Automatically measure the battery capacity and adjust the charging curve in real-time. On the
premise of guarantee adequate battery power, this device would lower greatly internal
temperature of battery, reduce gassing and shorten charging time at the same time.
8)
This device could also record data at the end of recharge for 30 times.
9)
Protection and alarm functions of open circuit, reverse connection, over load and short
circuit breakdown.
10) Protection and alarm functions of overheat fault of transformer and module.
11) During charging, once the connection cable falls off, this device would shut down
automatically.
12) Equalization charge could ensure capacity consistency of battery packs.
13) Function of automatic initial charge(This feature is only applicable to ordinary lead-acid
batteries).
--Initial charge must be performed for the first recharge of new batteries after addition of4
liquid electrolyte.
14) Function of desulfuration Charge(This feature is only applicable to ordinary lead-acid batteries.)
Battery aging, frequently idled or improperly maintained, these all would result in the formation of lead
sulfate crystal on electrode plates. In this condition, conventional charge would not be applicable any
more, desulfuration charge shall be used instead.
 
Single-phase AC(1NPE) or two-phase AC(2PE) input power
