Application:
This stainless steel herb cutting machine is used for cutting all kinds of soft & hard herbal leaf, roots, steam & vine. Such as herb leaf and root, licorice roots, tobaco leaves, kelp, barks, blossoms, whole plant and spices etc. cutting size range from 0.4-25mm adjustable,The cutting herbs can be used for herb tea and extraction.
Main Features
a ) The knife moves up & down on a straight line by mechanical driver .The movement is synchronised to the feed intervals of the product:
* knife goes down close to the mouth -> cut (stop of product)
* Knife goes up (distance to the mouth) -> feed of product
b ) Compressed by stainless steel conveying chain to the knife and got fine cutting of the product.
c ) The design of machine is very scientific, the five-star pulley (clutch) was milled cut through computer,
high precision & rational structure.
d ) The machine is made of stainless steel 304, including the convey chain, it's very strong & durable, hard to slip & low noise, easy to clean.
e ) Meet the requirements of CE & GMP
f ) Equipped with a emergency stop button.
