Functional integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley excels in combining multiple processes into one seamless operation. These include measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, and optional anchor grouting, among many others.
Equipment digitization(Optional): This includes advanced features like cluster management, positioning function, video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre/alarm function, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, and comprehensive construction report management.
Additionally, it offers tunnel contour scanning, remote control capabilities, and other state-of-the-art functionalities.
High efficiency: The trolley features a sophisticated three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, with the middle arm offering a maximum lifting force of 3 tons. The entire construction process is impressively completed within approximately one hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques enable the production of arch frames outside the tunnel. This innovation reduces necessary working time on dangerous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and significantly enhances overall efficiency.
Dual anchor system: The system's maximum drilling depth reaches an impressive 4.5 meters, with the left and right arm frames capable of performing feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations simultaneously.
Rotating deployable hanging basket: Equipped with a rotating hanging basket, the trolley provides a larger operating space ideal for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.
Optional grouting function: An optional grouting system allows for swift grouting operations following the installation of anchors, enhancing the speed and efficiency of construction activities.
Less operating personnel: The entire construction operation is streamlined to require only 3-4 personnel, a significant reduction from the traditional requirement of 8 or more persons.
Auxiliary function integration: The trolley includes a breaker hammer and welding machine, capable of performing under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installation, further enhancing its functionality.
