Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory with two factories, around 500 workers, and a total workshop area of 20000m2. With 20 years of apparel manufacturing experience, we support OEM & ODM. We hold a BSCI certificate and GORETEX's competency certificate, qualifying us to produce Gore's COF & TOF products.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, the MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How can I know the price?
To determine the price, we need information on the style of clothes, fabric, accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern, quantity, etc.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
We accept L/C at sight, 30% deposit, and 70% payment against the copy of B/L. Additionally, we can accept D/A 30 days and 60 days with a 1%-2% interest for insurance.
Q5: How long is your lead-time?
Generally, the lead-time is around 16 weeks if materials are not imported, but adjustments can be made for urgent orders.
Q6: How can I customize a sample?
Contact us with your specific requests, and if possible, provide a sample for reference.
Q7: How long will it take to receive samples?
Proto samples take around 10-15 days, while subsequent samples may take around 10 days depending on quantity and complexity.
Q8: How is the sample charge calculated?
The sample charge is 2 times the regular price to ensure quality and effectiveness.
