SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously eliminating all traces of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings that may linger on the surface, ensuring a pristine starting point.
2. Proceed to sand the uneven areas of the ground thoroughly, eliminating loose concrete and impurities to achieve a smooth, impeccable finish.
3. Ensure that the base is impeccably dry and completely free of any standing water or puddles to guarantee optimal application conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, the use of the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is highly recommended. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the ideal choice for treatment.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin your construction journey by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Choose the perfect primer for the job, ensuring that it bonds seamlessly with the surface. Once applied, allow the primer to work its magic; typically, this takes about 2 to 6 hours. As the primer absorbs and approaches a dry state, gear up for the self-leveling phase.

2. Transform your preparation area by adding approximately 8 liters of pristine water into a robust container. Gradually introduce a 20-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Stir with precision using a mixer until the blend is flawlessly smooth, devoid of any lumps. Carefully pour out this perfectly mixed blend, spreading it uniformly across the surface. Employ a specialized notched trowel to expertly control the thickness of the layer. Remember, this well-prepared material deserves protection from the harshness of direct sunlight and the ferocity of strong winds.

3. As the self-leveling compound begins its setting process, swiftly utilize a defoaming roller to gently roll over the surface. This crucial step helps eliminate any trapped air bubbles in the mix, ensuring a smooth finish. Note: For efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry, consider using a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure the construction environment temperature is consistently maintained within the optimal range of 5°C and 30°C. Be mindful that the relative humidity should not be excessively high to ensure the best results for your project.

2. Adhere strictly to the water mixing ratio as specified in the product manual. Precise measurement is crucial; adding too much or too little water could significantly compromise the superior performance of the self-leveling material.
3. The prepared self-leveling material must be applied promptly within an allotted time of 20 minutes. This prevents premature solidification, ensuring that the material remains functional and effective for your use.

4. Exercise caution and prioritize safety measures during construction. Avoid any accidental splashes of the material into the eyes or onto the skin to prevent any potential harm.

5. During the crucial curing period, take care to shield the ground from impacts by heavy objects and protect it from water exposure, which could adversely affect the curing process.

TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, ensuring it is shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transit, it is vital to prevent collisions and compression to safeguard the integrity of the packaging.
