The FRP Pultrusion production process is a marvel of engineering, ensuring consistency, strength, and flexibility. This continuous process yields fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of indefinite length and uniform cross-section. Choose from an array of reinforcement fibers, including rovings, continuous mats, woven roving, carbon, and more. These fibers undergo impregnation with a sophisticated polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They are then guided through a pre-forming station, crafting the stratification essential for the profile's desired properties. Upon completion of this step, the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to catalyze resin polymerization, resulting in a product of outstanding quality and performance.

1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
