Product Description

Advantages of using electric push rods:
1. Convenient control, capable of precise control and angle adjustment.
2. Automatic operation, can improve production efficiency and save labor costs.
3. Low sound, no noise and vibration generated by traditional hydraulic equipment.
4. Low failure rate, easy to maintain.
Automatic protection of electric push rods:
The push rod is equipped with an automatic overload protection device. When the push rod stroke reaches the limit position or exceeds a certain value of the rated thrust, the push rod automatically stops working to achieve overload protection, so that the motor and components are not damaged, but it cannot be used as a travel switch.
Therefore, it is required to install a switch on the pushed and pulled components, or install an external travel switch device on the electric push rod to control the normal start and stop of the push rod.
Self-locking conditions of electric push rods:
The self-locking states of electric push rods are classified into four types:
1. Static self-locking
The self-locking coefficient is less than 0.35
When static and without vibration, the push rod remains stationary under the external tension/pressure
2. Dynamic self-locking
The self-locking coefficient is less than 0.3
When the push rod is subjected to force in the opposite direction of movement, there is no movement when the motor is powered off
The self-locking coefficient is less than 0.25
When the push rod is subjected to force in the same direction as the movement direction, there is no movement when the motor is powered off
3. Uncertain self-locking
The self-locking coefficient is between 0.35 and 0.55
The push rod will move up and down under the increasing external force
4. Non-self-locking
The self-locking coefficient is greater than 0.55
The push rod can move up and down under very small external force
