How to operate:
Step 1: Open the caps of the empty bottles and arrange them on the conveyor belt;
Step 2: After connecting the power supply to 220V and the 8MM outer diameter air pipe, turn on the device, turn on the power switch and automatic switch; (Please read the precautions before starting the machine!)
Step 3: Place the feeding pipe in the barrel containing the material body, adjust the filling time, front delay relay, rear delay relay, and time to the appropriate time, and then align the photoelectric switch;
Step 4: Place the bottle on the conveyor belt. After the photoelectric switch is triggered, the material will be automatically sucked up until the material is discharged. Before formal filling, the space in the material tube needs to be emptied;
Step 5: During formal filling, you can put the filled liquid on an electronic scale to weigh the specific weight. If it does not reach the capacity you want, you can use the flow adjustment knob under the pump to fine-tune the capacity appropriately. ;
