Air Separation Equipment
The air separation plant separates atmospheric air into its primary components, typically nitrogen and oxygen, and sometimes also argon and other rare inert gases. The most common method for air separation is cryogenic distillation. Cryogenic air separation units are built to provide nitrogen or oxygen and often co-produce argon.It uses mature cryogenic rectification technology. Our factory developed and designed a full-low pressure molecular sieve to purify the air and turbo expander refrigeration process to further reduce the energy consumption of small and medium sized air separation plants.

3. Oxygen purity GAS 99.7% at 150-160 Bar (2200PSIG) or up to 200/300 bar as required for Oxygen cylinder filling
4. High purity Nitrogen 99.99% (3ppm optional) or cylinder filling.

Use of oxygen:
Metallurgy: For every ton of metal produced, about one ton oxygen is needed for mineral smelting. If precious metals are refined, the metal extraction rate can also be increased.
Petrochemicals: Oxygen is a raw material for the production of sulfuric acid and nitric acid. It is also a major oxidant, producing a range of chemical products through oxidation processes. Syngas produced by the reaction of natural gas, heavy oil or coal through oxygen and steam is an important basic chemical raw materials.
