Features & Usage:
THS-1331 is an additional liquid silicone rubber with two components 1:1. It showed up good characteristics, such as excellent weatherability, dimensional stability, high transparency, avirulent environmental protection, high-adhesive strength, heatproof temperature exceed 250C. It is widely used in printing of textile.
Usage:
Ribbon coated silica gel including A components & B components. A&B mixed on ration 1:1 in production line. Silicone ejected from needle by automated dispensing machine.
Temperature controlled between 70~90ºC. Belt conveyer speed 10m~15m, Through 300m dryer need 25 min. Higher temperature, faster molding. Please complete all procedure in half an hour when mixed.

how to do this effect
Ribbon coating
1, take out silicone THS-1331 A THS-1331B . it is two compoent silicone material ,126A is silicone and 126B is catalyst , it can also use one componentsilicone to dispensing the ribbon , it can curing by itself . the two kind of silicone must use machine suction cups to inhale into the dispensing machine separatly , then it can through the shape finished process it can make the line ,dot ,wave effect , and it can also do the coating effect on the whole ribbon , just change the mold .then it throgh the oven , it need 120 degree to bake it . the whole process is automatic .it use widly on ribbon , it can show the beautiful effect and also can antiskid .

- Keep it dry, ventilative and cool. To prevent the rain, sun exposure.
- The products storage period about 1 year. Its fluidity can be recovered when intense agitation. We advised stir the silicone first then stir the silicone & curing agent mixture second. Expired products also can be used if passed re-inspection.
- This products is a non-dangerous goods.
